Outdoor space
In this modern house there is an atmosphere of light, calm, simplicity and spaciousness. The house has a habitable space of 135 sq metres annex outside areas and roof solarium. It has been built on a surface of 340 sq metres. Light reflects on the patio’s glass panels, the bedroom balcony and the solariumThere is a double entrance with parking space.
The roof solarium, an area for sunbathing and enjoying the marvelous view on the salt lakes (Salinas),
the sea and the countryside. The bright glass gives this area a contemporary feel.
At the back of the house there is a fantastic private swimming pool of 8 by 4 metres. The pool and garden are surrounded by a wall which gives you the privacy and safety you need. There are also some shaded spots if you want to rest from the warmth of the sun.

The big open living and dining room (accessible via steps and a lovely patio) has a double bed sofa.
Wifi and satellite tv are available.
The modern kitchen contains a dish washer, fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven and is fully equipped.
The living room and kitchen have 4 windows which guarantees bright light.
Windows throughout the house have shutters if you want to keep the sun out. Downstairs there is a large bathroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms : one with a double bed and balcony with a view,
the other one has bunk beds, a twin bed and a dressing area.
This floor also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
